FAQs

1. Why is the quantity field disabled even though I haven’t installed the Accounting app?

The quantity field is disabled by default to prevent manual changes that may cause quantity errors. You can enable manual quantity editing from the settings. For steps, click here.

2. Why can’t I edit product quantities manually after installing the Accounting app?

Because inventory transactions are linked to accounting, and manual edits may cause accounting errors. Use the appropriate method instead:

  • To increase or decrease quantity: use stocktaking or stock transfer.

No. Editing product data does not affect the integration with connected e-commerce platforms.

4. Do quantity changes on Rewaa affect e-commerce stores (Salla, Zid)?

5. Can I copy product data to only one branch?

No. If you have more than one branch, the data will be copied to all branches.
