📢 This article explains the steps for publishing products (version 2). If you are still using version 1 and need help, please contact the support team via live chat.
Rewaa provides the Product Publishing feature, which helps you create products on your eCommerce store and link them correctly with synchronized quantities between both platforms. This saves you time and effort instead of adding product details separately on each platform.

Steps to Publish Products
Go to Products & Inventory > Products.
Select the product(s) you want to publish by checking the box.
Click Actions > Publish Products.
Wait for the publishing process to finish (this may take a few minutes depending on the number of products).
Once successful, a green notification will appear confirming that the products have been published to the eCommerce store.
You can now start receiving orders and issuing invoices.
ℹ️ Note: Each product can only be published once. Publishing is intended to create the product on the eCommerce store, not to edit data or synchronize quantities.
⚠️ Warning: If the product quantity is negative in Rewaa, it will be published to the store with a quantity of zero.
Publishing Errors
If there is an error, a yellow notification will appear.
Click View Details to see the cause.
The type or reason for the error will appear directly under the product name.
