How to Track Products Sold to Each Customer

Learn about the Customer Products Report and how to export it to an Excel file.

The Customer Products Report helps you identify the products that each customer purchases repeatedly. This allows you to create tailored promotions to increase loyalty and focus on products that maximize profit and better meet customer needs.


Access the Report

  • Go to Reports > Sales > Products Sold by Customer Report.

  • Click the report to view details.

Search in the Report

  • Enter the customer name in the search field.

Filter the Results

  1. Click Filter.

  2. You can filter results by:

    • Date range

    • Customer name

    • Customer phone number

    • Product name

    • SKU

    • Product tracking information

  3. Click Apply.

Sort the Data

  1. Click the Sort by field.

  2. Select the desired sort option to display the report data.

Report Data

The report displays each product purchased by customer and the selected period.

Customer Name

The name of the customer who made the purchase.

Customer Phone Number

The phone number of the customer registered in the platform.

Product Name / SKU

Based on the data added in the platform.

Quantity

The total quantity of the product purchased by the customer.

Product Tracking Information

Available only for tracked products with batch number or serial number.

Export the Report

  1. Click Export.

  2. Select xlsx.

  3. The Excel file will be downloaded directly to your device.


FAQs

  1. How can I identify the top-selling products for a customer?
    Search by the customer name in the designated field, then click the Sort by field and select Highest Quantity First.

  2. How can I view the batch number or serial number of a product purchased by the customer?
    This information appears in the Tracking Information column.

  3. Why don’t all the data appear in the report?
    Use the scroll bar below the table to view all columns, or click Export to display all data in an Excel file.
