How to Track Your Product Movements on the Platform

Learn about the Product Movement Report and how to export it to an Excel file.

The Product Movement Report helps you track all product movements and the effect of each transaction recorded through official invoices, such as: sales, returns, purchase orders, stock returns, and others across your sales channels.

⚠️ Note: Manually adjusting product quantities in the Products section without issuing an official invoice will not be reflected in this report and will not appear in the product movements.

Accessing the Report

  1. Go to Reports > Inventory > Product Movement Report.

  2. Click on the report to view details.

Searching in the Report

  • Enter the product name or SKU in the search field.

Filtering Report Results

  1. Click Filter.

  2. You can filter results by:

    • Product name

    • SKU

    • Location

    • Transaction type

    • Transaction reference

    • Transaction date

  3. Click Apply.

Sorting Data

  • Click on the Sort By field and choose the preferred order for displaying report data.

Report Data

Product Name / SKU

Based on the information entered on the platform.

Location

The branch where the product is listed on the platform.

Transaction Type

Sales and returns across all sales channels, or purchase, return, transfer, and stock count transactions.

Transaction Reference

Invoice number.

Transaction Date

The date when the transaction was carried out on the platform.

Quantity before the operation

Product quantity on the platform before completing the transaction.

Transaction Quantity

The quantity added or deducted when executing the transaction.

Quantity after the operation

Product quantity in stock after completing the transaction.

Retail Price Inclusive

Sales price including TAX.

Cost Exclusive

Product cost excluding TAX.

Channel

Rewaa platform or e-commerce stores linked with Rewaa.

ℹ️ The table contains several columns. Use the scrollbar at the bottom to view all columns.

Exporting the Report

  1. Click Export.

  2. Select xlsx.

  3. The file will be downloaded to your device.


FAQs

  1. Can I export the report for a specific product movement?
    Yes. Go to Filter > Enter the product name > Apply > Export.

  2. Can I view all transactions of a specific product during a set period?
    Yes. Go to Filter > Select the product > Choose the time period > Apply.

  3. How can I check the product quantity before adding a purchase invoice?
    Go to Product Movement Report > Filter > Select transaction type > Enter product name > Apply. The product quantity before the invoice will appear in the dedicated column.

  4. Why are all data not showing in the report?
    Use the scrollbar at the bottom to view all columns, or click Export to view the data in an Excel file.
