How to Easily Fix Pending Product Errors

Learn what pending products are, the reasons they occur, and how to fix each type.

Updated today

📢 This article explains how to fix pending product errors when integrating Rewaa with your online store (version 2). If you are still using version 1 and need help, please contact the support team via live chat.

Pending products appear when an error prevents the quantity from being deducted from Rewaa’s inventory. These errors do not stop invoice issuance, but they affect inventory updates until resolved. In this article, you will learn all the details to fix errors easily.

What Are Pending Products?

Pending products are items whose quantities were not deducted from Rewaa’s inventory when the order arrived from the online store due to an error preventing proper deduction.

Reasons Products Become Pending

  • The product is not supported for integration.

  • The product is not linked.

  • The product does not exist in Rewaa.

  • The product’s selling price is lower than its cost price, and selling below cost is not allowed.

  • The product quantity in the order is higher than the available quantity in Rewaa, and negative sales are not allowed.

ℹ️ Note: In case of an error, only the product is pending, not the entire order. Once the error is resolved, the product quantity will be deducted from Rewaa automatically.
