How to View and Track eCommerce Orders

Learn how to access your eCommerce Orders, review their details, check their status, and customize the view as needed.

📢 This article explains how to view and track eCommerce Orders when integrating your online store with Rewaa (version 2). If you are still using version 1 and need help, please contact the support team via live chat.

The eCommerce Orders list allows you to access and manage all orders received from your online store. In this article, you will learn about all available options.

Accessing the Orders List

  • Go to Sales & Customers > eCommerce Orders.

  • All orders placed after integration will appear.

Searching for an Order

  • Search by Order ID, Order Number, or Customer Name.

  • Orders will appear according to the search criteria.

Customizing Columns and Data

  • Click the icon on the left side of the orders list.

  • Select (✔️) the data fields you want to display.

Filtering Data

  • Click Filter.

  • Select the data you want to view.

  • Click Apply.

  • Orders will be displayed based on your selected filters.

Sorting Orders

  • Click the Sort by field.

  • Choose one of the following options:

    • Creation Date: Newest first.

    • Creation Date: Oldest first.

    • Total Order: Lowest first.

    • Total Order: Highest first.

Order Details

  • Order ID: A serial number automatically generated in Rewaa to organize orders.

  • Order Number: The order number from the online store. You can search by it in both Rewaa and the online store.

  • Order Status: Current stage of the order (Pending, Processing, Ready to Ship, Shipped, Delivered, Canceled, Returned, Partial Return).

  • Invoice Status: Current stage of the invoice (Ready to Issue, Issued, N/A the order got canceled).

  • Pending Products: Items with errors.

  • Customer Name: Pulled from the online store and reflected automatically in Rewaa’s customer list.

  • Total Due: The order amount in SAR.

  • Payment Method: The payment method used to settle the order.

  • Issue Date and Time: The creation date and time of the order in the online store.

  • Location: The branch linked with the online store.

  • Channel: The online store integrated with Rewaa.

  • Last Update: The last update date from Rewaa or the online store.

Understanding Order Status

When an order first arrives in Rewaa, its status is Pending, and you can update it as needed.

Understanding Pending Products

Pending Products are items whose quantities were not deducted from Rewaa’s inventory when the order arrived due to an error preventing proper deduction.

1. Can I view all orders for a specific customer?

Yes. From the orders list:

  • Search for the customer name in the search field.

  • All orders for that customer will appear.
