How to Check Linked Products with Your Online Store

Learn how to track product integration status between Rewaa and your online store, and how data synchronization works.

When you integrate Rewaa with your online store, you can easily monitor and manage your products. In this article, you’ll learn about product linking statuses and synchronization details.

How Products Are Linked Between Platforms

  • The system identifies matching products on both platforms using the SKU.

  • The system links products using a unique Product ID.
    💡 The Product ID is an invisible number automatically generated by the system to distinguish products.

Benefits of Linking by Product ID

  • When you change the SKU of a linked product, the integration remains active.

  • When you update the SKU on either platform, it automatically updates on the other.

ℹ️ Note: If the product is not linked or does not exist, the SKU will not update on the other platform.

Product Status When Linked with the Online Store

  • Go to Applications > My Apps.

  • Click on your online store app > Product Management .

  • Products added to the online store will appear with one of the following statuses:

1. Linked Product

  • The product exists on both platforms with a matching SKU.

  • The product is successfully linked, and the quantity in Rewaa is the official quantity.

⚠️ Note: Any quantity changes made in the online store will not sync back to Rewaa.

2. Unlinked Product

  • The product exists on both platforms with the same SKU, but it has not been linked or synchronized.

⚠️ Note: Any quantity changes in Rewaa will not reflect in the online store.

  • To link the product, click Link. The Rewaa quantity will sync to your online store.

ℹ️ A product will appear as Unlinked if:

  • The link was manually removed.

  • The product exists on one platform and was added manually to the other.

3. Not Found Product

  • The product exists in the online store but does not exist in Rewaa.

To add and link the product:

  1. Go to Products & Inventory > Products > Add Product.

  2. Go to Applications > My Apps > Product Management.

  3. Click Link.

    • If the product is a single type product, click Create, and the product will be added automatically to Rewaa.

ℹ️ Notes:

  • Orders placed after linking will sync between both platforms.

  • To ensure orders are synced correctly, the product status must be Linked.

  • Once linked, you’ll start receiving orders in Rewaa > Sales & Customers > E-commerce Orders.


FAQs

1. I added a new product in my online store, but it doesn’t show under Manage Products. What should I do?

Click Sync Data, wait a few minutes. Products and stock quantities will be synced based on Rewaa quantities. Once the sync is complete, search for the product, and it will appear under Manage Products.

2. I added a multi-variant product, but it doesn’t appear under Manage Products. Why?

Make sure that SKUs are assigned to all product variants in the online store. Then go to Rewaa, click Sync Data, and once the process is complete, search for the product. It will appear under Manage Products.
