From the sales screen, you can add a single product or a service. This method allows you to add the product/service and complete the sale instantly, while automatically adding it to the product list.
Add a product/service from the sales screen
Go to Sales & Customers > Points of Sale.
Open the sales register.
Enter the product name in the search field.
Click Add Product.
Enter the following details:
Product SKU.
Sales price per unit.
⚠️ Make sure VAT settings are configured on the platform before adding the price. For more details, [click here].
If the product has no quantity or cost:
Click Create and Add to Cart.
Complete the invoice steps.
If the product has quantity and cost:
Uncheck the option Disable Stock Management.
Add product quantity.
Enter product cost (per unit, excluding VAT).
Click Create and Add to Cart.
Complete the invoice steps.

1. Can I view the details of a product added from the sales screen?
Yes, follow these steps:
Click the arrow next to the product details.
Click Show Product Details.
Product details will appear in the Products section.
2. Can I set user permissions for accessing product details from the sales screen?
Yes, you can:
Go to Settings > Users > ⚙️ > Edit User.
Under User Permissions > Apps > Rewaa New POS.
turn off all permissions related to product details.
Click Save User Data.
