After connecting Bonat with Rewaa, you can start collecting customer points. This article explains all the details.
Method 1: If You Have a Bonat Tablet
Customer points are collected by entering the customer’s phone number on the Bonat tablet after completing the payment in Rewaa POS.
Go to Sales & Customers > Point of Sales.
Open the register.
Add products to the sales screen.
Click Pay.
Select the payment method.
Click Pay again.
The invoice will automatically appear on the Bonat tablet.
Ask the customer to enter their phone number, then click Send.
Customer data is sent automatically to Bonat.
ℹ️ If the customer has the Bonat mobile app installed, the cashier can scan the barcode using the tablet.
Method 2: If You Don’t Have a Bonat Tablet
Add the customer’s name when issuing the sales invoice so the data will automatically sync with Bonat.

1. How can a customer redeem a coupon from Bonat?
If the customer has a discount coupon from Bonat, follow these steps:
Add products in the Rewaa POS sales screen.
Ask the customer for the coupon code.
Enter the coupon code on the Bonat tablet.
Flip the tablet to show the coupon details.
Click Confirm.
Enter the security code (if required).
Flip the tablet back; points will be deducted directly from the customer’s account.
On Rewaa POS, manually enter the discount percentage from the coupon in the discount field, then complete the invoice.
2. Does Rewaa provide discount coupons or gift cards for customers?
No, Rewaa does not provide coupons or gift cards. You can share this as a suggestion through the Suggestions Portal.
3. How can I make sure the integration between Rewaa and Bonat is working?
After issuing invoices from Rewaa POS, data is automatically sent to Bonat. Log in to Bonat to confirm that data has synced correctly.
