Rewaa allows you to integrate with Bonat so you can collect customer points automatically when transactions are recorded through Rewaa POS.
What is Bonat?
Bonat is a loyalty system designed to manage customer engagement and rewards, run campaigns, and increase sales and store visits.
Requirements Before Connecting
You must have an active account with Bonat before starting the integration.
After completing the installation and connection steps in Rewaa, you must contact Bonat to activate the connection on their side to ensure proper data transfer between the two platforms.
Steps to Connect Bonat with Rewaa
Step 1: Install Bonat App in Rewaa
Go to Applications > Available Apps > Bonat.
Click Install.
Click Link and install Bonat.
Step 2: Connect Bonat with Rewaa
You’ll be redirected to the Rewaa login page. Enter:
Email (the primary account in Rewaa).
Password (the password of the primary account).
Click Sing in.
You’ll be redirected to the Bonat login page. Enter:
Email (the primary account in Bonat).
Password (the password of the primary account).
Click Sing in.
The app is now installed successfully. Click Get Started.
Step 3: Enable Bonat Integration on POS
Go to Sales & Customers > Sales Settings > Sales.
Enable Bonat App.
Click Save.

How to Uninstall Bonat App
Go to Applications > Available Apps > Bonat.
Open the app.
Click Uninstall.
Select the reason, then click Uninstall.
⚠️ Note: Uninstalling Bonat disconnects it from Rewaa POS, and points will no longer be collected. You can reinstall it anytime to use the features again.

1. Are there any fees for installing Bonat?
Yes, fees depend on your subscription plan. For details, check Rewaa’s Pricing page.
2. Will previous sales be counted before integration?
No. Sales made before the integration will not be counted. Point collection starts only after the integration is complete.
3. Can I subscribe to Bonat directly from Rewaa?
No. Bonat is an independent system, and subscriptions must be done directly with Bonat.
4. Will customer data in Bonat be affected if I uninstall the app from Rewaa?
No. Customer data in Bonat will remain unchanged.
5. Can I reinstall Bonat after uninstalling it?
Yes, you can reinstall and reconnect Bonat by following the same installation steps.
