How to Accept Payments Without Linking to Rewaa

Rewaa Pay allows you to accept payments easily on any Android device with NFC support by downloading the Rewaa Pay App. This article explains all the details.

Download the App

  1. Open Google Play Store.

  2. Search for Rewaa Pay.

  3. Tap Install.

How to Use Rewaa Pay

  1. Open the Rewaa Pay App.

  2. Tap Get Started.

  3. Enter the mobile number linked to your Rewaa Pay subscription.

  4. Tap Log In.

  5. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number.

  6. Tap Verify.

  7. Select the required Payment Point.

  8. Tap Next.

    ℹ️ Note: A payment point cannot be used on more than one device at the same time.

  9. Create a 6-digit PIN code for security.

    ℹ️ Note: You cannot access the app without this PIN code.

  10. After creating the PIN, you’ll be directed to the payment screen.

  11. Enter the amount.

  12. Tap Buy Now.

  13. Ask the customer to tap their card or mobile device on the terminal.

  14. A check mark and the word Approved will appear, confirming payment acceptance.

To View a Payment Receipt

  1. Tap Invoice.

  2. The receipt will appear with a barcode that the customer can scan to save a copy.

How to Perform Reconciliation

  1. Tap the three horizontal lines (☰) at the top right of the screen.

  2. Tap Uncompleted Reconciliation.

  3. Enter the admin code (0000).

  4. All pending transactions will appear. Swipe the green bar to complete reconciliation.

  5. After completion, tap Network Details to review the reconciliation details.
