Get to Know the Activity Log on the Home Page

Track all activities performed by you or other users on your account.

The Activity Log helps you trace actions done by you or any user, such as: adding or deleting a product, changing a product’s price or quantity, installing or deleting an app, and more. Each entry also shows the username of the person who performed the activity.


Access the Activity Log

  1. From the side menu, go to the Home page.

  2. Scroll to the middle of the page > Latest Updates > Activity Log.

  3. Use the gray scroll bar to view recent activities.

ℹ️ Note: The Activity Log is not affected by date or branch filters on the Home page.


View All Activities

  • Click View All.

  • Use the search field to enter an activity type (e.g., delete product, add product).

  • Filter results by date and time, section, or user.

  • All activities matching your filters will be displayed for review.


FAQs

1. Can I sort the results from oldest to newest?

Yes. Click the Sort field and select Oldest first.

2. Are all activities saved from the first time I started using Rewaa?

Yes. Enter the desired date in the Date & Time filter, and all activities for that period will appear.

3. Do purchase invoices or purchase return invoices appear in the Activity Log?

No. Purchases and supplier operations do not currently appear in the Activity Log.

To track operations performed on products, go to:

  • Reports > Inventory > Product Movement Report

  • Search for the product name

  • All actions will appear in the Operation Type column

4. Can I track user login and logout times?

Not yet. This feature is not currently available in Rewaa, but it will be added in future updates.
