After completing Stock Count operations and reflecting them on the platform, you can return to them at any time to view the details of each operation you performed.
Accessing Stock Count Details
Go to Products & Inventory > Stock Count.
All Stock Count operations will appear.
Search for the Stock Count by name or number.
Click the Stock Count Number to view details.
Customizing Columns
Click Customize Columns.
Check (✔) the data you want to display, such as: counted products and the user who performed the Stock Count.
Checking Stock Count Status
Completed: The Stock Count has been finished and the quantities are reflected in the Products section.
In Progress: The Stock Count is still ongoing, and quantities in the Products section will not be updated until it is completed.
Printing or Saving a Stock Count as PDF
Click the (🖨️) icon in the Filter column.
To print: Select the printer name and click Print.
To save: Select Save as PDF, then click Save.
Exporting Stock Count to Excel
You can export each Stock Count operation individually:
Search for the Stock Count by name or number.
Click it to open the details.
Click Export Products.
An Excel file will be downloaded to your device.
FAQs
1. Can I view incomplete Stock Counts?
Yes, you can:
Click the filter icon.
Select In Progress.
Click Apply.
All incomplete Stock Count operations will appear.
2. Can I view the user who performed the Stock Count?
Yes, either by opening the Stock Count details or by following these steps:
Click Customize Columns.
Check (✔) the Performed By option.
The column with the user’s name will appear.
3. Can I set user permissions for Stock Count?
Yes, you can:
Go to Settings > Users > ⚙️ > Edit User.
Go to User Permissions > Click the arrow next to Purchases & Suppliers.
From the Stock Count and Stock Count Details list, enable permissions based on the employee’s role.
Click Save Custom User.
ℹ️ Note:
If you disable the View Cost Price permission in the Stock Count list, the cost will be hidden from the list and print view, but will remain visible in the Stock Count details.
If you disable the View Cost Price permission in Stock Count Details, the cost will be hidden from the details view and when adding a new Stock Count.
To completely hide the cost price, disable the permission in both the Stock Count list and Stock Count Details.
