The Stock Count Summary Report helps you track stock count operations for each product and monitor the available quantities by branch or specific time periods. Using this report, you can search for a product, review the details of its count, and understand the impact on available stock.
Accessing the Report
Go to Reports > Stock Control > Stock Count Summary Report.
Click on the report to view details.
Searching for a Specific Product
Enter the product name or product code (SKU) in the search field.
Filtering Data
Click Filter.
You can filter results by:
Stock count date
Location name
Product code (SKU)
Product name
Available quantity
Counted quantity
Difference
Difference value
Click Apply.
Sorting Data
Click on the Sort by field and choose how you want the data to be displayed.
Report Data
Location | Branch where the stock count was performed. |
Product Code (SKU) | The unique identifier assigned to the product in the platform. |
Product Name | The product name as entered in the platform. |
Available Quantity | Quantity recorded before the stock count. |
Counted Quantity | Actual counted quantity. |
Difference | The difference between the platform quantity and the counted quantity. |
Difference Value | The cost difference between the available and counted quantities. |
Stock Count Date | The date and time when the stock count was conducted. |
Exporting the Report
Click Export.
Select xlsx.
The Excel file will be downloaded to your device.
