Using the Hardware card in the Getting Started Hub, you can easily track the status of your hardware and know when it will be ready for delivery or pickup.
Access the Hardware Card
Open the Merchant App.
Go to the Getting Started Hub.
Select the Hardware card.
ℹ️ Note: If the status shows Awaiting Invoice, it means the Rewaa team is preparing your hardware invoice. The status will update automatically once the invoice is issued.

Option 1: Delivery
Delivery Statuses
In Rewaa Warehouse → On the Way → Delivered
In Rewaa Warehouse: Your hardware will be shipped soon. The order status will be updated on the same page.
On the Way: Your hardware has been shipped. The shipping company will contact you regarding delivery. You can track the shipment using the Track Your Hardware button.
Delivered: Your hardware has been delivered. You can now begin setting up your devices.
Track Your Shipment
A shipment tracking number becomes available once the status changes to On the Way.
To track your shipment:
Open the Merchant App.
Go to the Getting Started Hub.
Open the Hardware card.
Select Track Your Hardware.
You will be redirected to the shipping company's tracking page to view your shipment status.
Option 2: Pickup from a Rewaa Office
Pickup Statuses
Ready for Pickup → Picked Up
Ready for Pickup: Visit the Rewaa office shown in the app to collect your hardware. The office location and map are displayed in the app. Select Open in Google Maps to navigate to the branch.
Head Office: Anas Bin Malik Road, Al Narjis District, Riyadh.
Olaya Branch: Olaya Street, Al Olaya District, Riyadh.
Picked Up: You have collected your hardware and can now begin setting up your devices.
Set Up Your Hardware
After receiving your hardware, either by delivery or pickup, the Learn How to Set Up Your Hardware section becomes available, where you can watch setup videos such as:
Setting up the Android cashier device.
Installing and connecting the barcode label printer.
Installing and connecting the barcode scanner.
Installing and connecting the cash drawer.
