What Is the Getting Started Hub?
The Getting Started Hub is a guided page that appears after you sign in to the Rewaa App (Merchant App). It walks you through your account setup step by step.
From the Getting Started Hub, you can:
View the required setup steps and the status of each step.
Open any step and complete the required action.
Track your overall setup progress.
When Does the Getting Started Hub Appear?
The Getting Started Hub appears when you sign in to the Rewaa App (Merchant App).
You can also return to it at any time using the Getting Started widget on the dashboard.
ℹ️ After completing all setup steps, the Getting Started Hub will no longer appear automatically when you sign in, and you will be taken directly to the dashboard.
What's Included in the Getting Started Hub?
The Getting Started Hub includes:
A Setup Progress bar showing the number of completed steps out of the total.
Setup cards for:
Hardware: Track your devices, shipping, or pickup status.
Rewaa Pay: Activate your Rewaa Pay account and start accepting electronic payments.
Training Sessions: Join training sessions to help you and your team learn how to use Rewaa.
What Does Each Card Include?
Each card includes:
The step title and a short description.
The current step status, such as Pending, On the Way, or Activated.
A button that takes you to the step details so you can complete the required action.

Yes. The Setup Progress bar updates automatically whenever you complete a step. Your progress is also reflected in the Getting Started widget on the dashboard.
