Once your menu is published on delivery apps, you can start receiving delivery orders in Rewaa. Orders will appear on the POS screen, and you can manage them easily.
How orders arrive
When a new order arrives, a notification will appear at the top of the screen to alert you that there’s a new delivery order from one of the delivery apps.
Step 1: Accept an order
On the POS screen, tap Orders.
Tap Accept & Send to Kitchen.
The order is sent to the kitchen immediately.
Order details are printed on the cashier printer.
The order status changes to Accepted.
Tap Complete order, then continue receiving the next orders.
ℹ️ Note: If you don’t accept or reject the order, it will be accepted automatically after 5 minutes.
When orders are rejected
An order may be rejected if:
The item doesn’t exist in Rewaa Inventory (it was added only on the delivery app).
The item is out of stock in Rewaa Inventory and the option to sell at 0 or below is not enabled.
Step 2: Reject an order
Automatic rejection
If there’s a reason that requires rejecting the order, it will be rejected automatically.
Manual rejection
Tap View orders.
Tap the reject icon X.
Tap Cancel order.
Continue receiving other new orders.

FAQs
How do I know if my register is receiving delivery orders?
You’ll see the Orders icon at the top of the POS screen once the integration is enabled.
Can I use more than one register to receive delivery orders?
Yes. You can add multiple registers in the same branch and receive delivery orders through all of them.
ℹ️ Note: The integration is set up per branch—not per register.
Which prices appear—Rewaa Inventory prices or delivery app prices?
Delivery app prices appear (not Rewaa Inventory prices).
If an item is out of stock, can I add quantity and have it reflected on the POS immediately?
Yes. When you add quantity in Rewaa Inventory, it will reflect on the POS screen immediately.
Can I go back to the order list?
Yes. Tap Orders to view all orders.
Why aren’t delivery orders showing on the POS screen?
This may happen if:
The integration is not fully activated (activation takes 1–3 business days).
You opened a register in a different branch that is not integrated with delivery apps.
If the issue continues, contact us via live chat from within the platform or the app.
Are there dedicated reports for delivery app orders?
Not currently. You can use the general reports available in Rewaa.
