A supplier payment voucher is a record that confirms a payment made to a supplier. The payment can either be an advance payment, which is added to the supplier's balance for future use, or a purchase invoice payment used to settle an outstanding purchase invoice.
💡 Example: If you pay a supplier SAR 1,000 before creating a purchase invoice, you can record it as an advance payment. When you later create the purchase invoice, you can use that balance to pay the invoice.
