Pay a Supplier from Purchase Invoices
Go to Purchases & Suppliers > Purchase Invoices.
Search for the invoice by number.
Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column.
Select Pay.
Enter the amount you want to pay.
Select the Payment Method.
Click Pay.
ℹ️ Note: If you return products to a supplier and haven’t received the refund yet, you can use that balance to pay outstanding amounts (debt settlement). In this case, the Debit option will appear automatically under Payment Methods. Enter the settlement amount, complete the steps, and the balance will be deducted from the supplier’s unpaid return invoices while issuing the payment voucher.
