Rewaa supports integration with the most popular e-commerce platforms (Salla, Zid). By integrating, you can connect your inventory with your online store to receive orders and manage stock easily from one place. In this article, we explain how to install and integrate Salla with Rewaa.
Requirements for Integrating Rewaa with Salla
A Salla Pro subscription plan.
An online store in Salla that has not been previously integrated with Rewaa.
The integration is supported on one location only (one branch in Rewaa).
Supported product types: single product, variant product, weighted product, and service product.
⚠️ Notes:
The composite product and package product integration with Salla is temporarily disabled and will be re-enabled soon.
The only supported currency in Rewaa is Saudi Riyal (SAR). Products priced in other currencies in your store will not be recognized.
Instructions Before Starting the Integration
If you already have products added in Salla, make sure that:
Product prices are available in Salla.
Product cost prices are available in Rewaa.
Stock quantities are correct in Rewaa.
Product SKUs match between Salla and Rewaa.
💡 Tip: It’s recommended to pause sales (set the store under maintenance mode) or perform the integration during off-peak hours (e.g., early morning).
Steps to Integrate Rewaa with Salla
Step 1: Configure Tax Settings
(Tax settings must match on both platforms to ensure prices are correct when receiving orders.)
In Rewaa: Go to Settings > Configuration > Sell Tax Status, and configure tax settings.
In Salla: Go to Store Settings > Advanced Settings > Tax Settings, and configure tax settings.
ℹ️ Notes:
The VAT number must be added in Salla for tax to be applied correctly.
Choose the shipping tax status in Salla. Shipping fees and their tax will be reflected in Rewaa when orders are received.
Shipping fees will appear in Rewaa as sales, and you can manually add them as expenses if needed.
Step 2: Install the App
In Rewaa, go to Apps > Available Apps.
Select the Salla App and click Install.
Step 3: Connect the App
Click Connect Salla Account.
Enter your Salla account email and password.
Click Login.
Click Grant Access to complete the integration.
You will be redirected back to Rewaa:
Select the branch where you want stock quantities to be synced with Salla.
Click Next.
Click Link and Install.
Rewaa will start syncing products that match by SKU between both platforms.
Once syncing is complete, click Next.
ℹ️ Note: Syncing may take a few minutes depending on the number of products.
Click Finish. The app is now successfully installed, and you can start receiving orders.
