Rewaa supports integration with leading e-commerce platforms (Salla, Zid). You can sync your inventory with your online store, making it easier to receive orders and track stock from one place. In this article, you’ll learn the steps to install and integrate with Zid.
Requirements for Integrating Rewaa with Zid
You must have an active Zid store that is not already integrated with Rewaa.
The integration can only be done on one location (one branch in Rewaa).
Supported product types for integration: Single product, Multi-variant product, Weighted product, Service product.
⚠️ Note:
The only supported currency in Rewaa is the Saudi Riyal (SAR). Products priced in other currencies in Zid stores will not be recognized.
The feature to link a product with a bundle in Zid has been temporarily disabled and will be available again soon.
Instructions Before Starting the Integration
If you already have products added in Zid, make sure of the following:
Product prices are available in Zid.
Cost prices are entered in Rewaa.
Quantities in Rewaa are accurate.
Product SKUs match across both platforms.
💡 Tip: It is recommended to pause sales temporarily (put your Zid store under maintenance) or choose a low-order time (e.g., early morning) before starting the integration.
Steps to Integrate Rewaa with Zid
Step 1: Adjust Tax Settings
(Tax settings must match on both platforms to ensure correct pricing when receiving orders.)
In Rewaa: Go to Settings > Configuration > Sell Tax Status. and adjust your tax settings.
In Zid: Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Tax Settings. and adjust your tax settings.
ℹ️ Notes:
You must add your tax number in Zid for proper VAT activation.
Select the shipping tax setting in Zid. Shipping fees and shipping VAT will reflect in Rewaa when orders are received.
Shipping fees will appear in Rewaa as sales, and you can manually add them as expenses if needed.
Step 2: Install the App
In Rewaa: Go to Applications > Available Apps.
Find Zid > click Install.
Step 3: Link the App
Click Connect Zid account.
Enter the email for your Zid account.
Click Next.
Enter the verification code sent to your email.
Click Verify.
Click Open Application .
You’ll be redirected to Rewaa:
Select the branch you want to sync quantities with Zid.
Click Next.
Click Link and Install.
The system will start syncing products between both platforms based on matching SKUs.
After syncing is complete, click Next.
ℹ️ Note: The process may take a few minutes depending on the number of products.
Click Finish. The app is successfully installed, and you can start receiving orders.
