Rewaa allows you to uninstall the Salla app whenever needed, for example: if you want to completely reorganize your products, or for any other reason that requires it. In this article, you’ll find the steps to uninstall and what happens afterward.
Impact of Uninstalling the Salla App from Rewaa
Orders will stop syncing to Rewaa.
Product data will stop syncing between the two platforms.
When you reconnect, stock quantities will be synced based on the quantities in Rewaa.
⚠️ Note: We don’t recommend uninstalling the app if you still have new orders in Salla. If you need to uninstall, please contact our support team via live chat inside the platform for assistance.
Steps to Uninstall the App
Go to Applications > Available Apps.
Click on Salla.
Click Uninstall.
Select the reason for uninstalling the app.
Click Uninstall again to confirm.
