What Is the Wallet Transactions Report?

Rewaa provides a built-in digital wallet for financial operations made within the platform.

The wallet helps you track cash balances and monitor bank deposits and withdrawals continuously.

You can view and manage these cash flows using the Wallet Transactions report.

Why the Wallet Transactions Report Matters

  • Tracks all operations that affect the wallet balance.

  • Displays the current wallet balance after each transaction.

  • Simplifies daily cash flow monitoring and links each amount to its transaction type.

Accessing the Wallet Transactions Report

  1. Go to Reports > Financial > Wallet Transactions.

  2. Click the report to view details.

  3. Select the desired time period.

  4. Choose the transaction type (specific type or all).

Filtering Results

You can filter the report by Cost Centers:

  1. Click Filter.

  2. Select the Cost Center.

  3. Click Apply.

  4. The results will update based on the selected Cost Center.

How to Read the Wallet Transactions Report

The report displays the following details based on the selected period and transaction type:

  • Date

  • Transaction Type (e.g., Sales Invoice, Return Invoice, Purchase Order, etc.)

  • User Name who performed the transaction

  • Transaction Amount

    • Amounts in green indicate funds added to the wallet

    • Amounts in red indicate funds withdrawn from the wallet

  • Balance: The wallet’s current balance after the transaction

Exporting the Report

  1. Click Export.

  2. The Excel file will be downloaded automatically to your device.


FAQs

  1. When selecting “Manual Entry” as the transaction type, not all entries appear within the selected period — why?

    The Wallet Transactions report only displays manual entries related to accounts that affect the wallet — for example, manual entries recorded under cash accounts.

  2. Can I view deposit and withdrawal amounts for the cash register through the Wallet report?

    Yes. Click the Sales Type field > select Cash Register Transactions.

  3. Amounts shown in green indicate deposits, while red indicates withdrawals.

  4. Can I view the user who performed a withdrawal from the wallet?

    Yes. Click the Sales Type field > select Wallet Transaction > check the Performed By column.

  5. Can I print the Wallet Transactions report directly from the platform?

    Yes. You can print the report by first exporting it as an Excel file, then printing it from the downloaded file.
