Rewaa provides five predefined user roles, allowing you to assign the appropriate permissions based on each user's responsibilities.
What Are Roles and Permissions?
Role: A title that defines a user's responsibility within the system, such as Cashier.
Permission: A specific action the user is allowed to perform on the platform, such as applying discounts during sales.
Available Roles
Admin: Has full control over the system, including managing all operations and settings.
Cashier: Responsible for processing payments and completing sales transactions.
Store Manager: Oversees daily operations and monitors staff performance.
Inventory Manager: Manages inventory levels and stock receiving and issuing processes.
Accountant: Manages financial records, reviews accounting transactions, and ensures compliance with financial standards and procedures.
Assign a Role to a User
Go to Settings > Users > Add User.
Enter the required user information and select a role.
Add the user to the platform.
Assign an Existing Role to Users
Go to Settings > Roles & Permissions.
Click the three-dot menu next to the desired role, then select Assign To Users.
Select the user(s).
Click Assign.
Edit Role Permissions
Go to Settings > Roles & Permissions.
Click the three-dot menu next to the desired role, then select Edit Permissions.
Select the required section from the menu on the left.
Enable or disable the required permissions.
Click Save Changes.
ℹ️ Any changes you make to a role's permissions apply to all users assigned to that role.
