Rewaa provides cash and card payment options to help you track collected amounts from your customers or suppliers. You can also add other payment methods that fit your business needs. This article explains how to add and manage payment methods.
Add Payment Methods in Rewaa

Go to Settings > Payment Methods > Add Payment Method.
Enter the Payment Method Name.
Select the Payment Method Type.
Add a description (optional).
Example: This payment method is for suppliers only.
Click the ✔ icon.
The payment method will be added to Rewaa.

Go to Settings > Payment Methods.
Click the 🖋 icon.
Edit the details you want:

What is Rewaa Pay when selecting the Type (SoftPOS)?
Rewaa Pay is a digital POS service that allows you to collect payments from customers using different methods (such as Mada, Visa, Mastercard, etc.). It can be activated on Android devices that support NFC (Near-Field Communication), turning the device into a digital POS terminal (SoftPOS). For more details about Rewaa Pay, click here.
Can I delete a payment method after adding it?
No. Payment methods cannot be deleted after being added, but you can remove them from the register or edit them.
How can I assign a payment method for suppliers only?
Add the payment method in Rewaa and label it clearly (for example: Cash - Supplier). It will appear among payment options and can be used accordingly.
Can I add payment methods with the names of delivery apps (Jahez, HungerStation, etc.)?
Yes. Follow the same steps and enter the delivery app name as the payment method name.
Can I edit the payment method type (Cash, Credit Card, etc.)?
No. The payment method type cannot be changed after adding it. However, you can create a new payment method.
