How to Print Entries in Rewaa

Sometimes, you may need to print an entry for review or auditing, whether it’s a manual entry you added or an automated entry created by the system after a transaction. This article explains how.


Print a Manual Entry

After adding the entry details in the platform:

  1. Click the arrow next to Save.

  2. Select Save and Print.

  3. The entry will be saved, and the print page will appear.

  4. Select the printer.

  5. Click Print.

Print an Automated Entry

  1. Go to Accounting > Journal Entries.

  2. Search by entry number.

  3. Click the 🖨️ icon.

  4. Select the printer.

  5. Click Print.

Save an Entry as PDF

  1. Click the 🖨️ icon.

  2. In the printer field, select Save as PDF.

  3. Click Save.

  4. The entry will be saved on your device.
