How to View and Export Sales Invoices and Return Invoices in Rewaa

The Sales Invoices list allows you to manage all Sales Invoices and Return Invoices issued from Rewaa or your online store. In this article, you will learn about all the available options.


Accessing Sales Invoices

  • Go to Sales & Customers > Sales Invoices.

  • All Sales Invoices and Return Invoices from every POS will appear.

Searching for Sales Invoices and Return Invoices

  • Search by invoice number.

Filtering Sales Invoices and Return Invoices

  1. Click Filter, then select the details you want:

    • Location (branch)

    • Payment method

    • Customer name

    • Channel (Points of Sale Rewaa Cashier app, Salla, Zid)

    • Sale type (Sale, Return)

    • Date

  2. Click Apply.

Printing or Saving Sales Invoices and Return Invoices as PDF

  1. Click the 🖨️ icon.

  2. The invoice details will appear, click Invoice preview.

  3. In the print window:

    • To print: Select the printer name and click Print.

    • To save: Select Save as PDF, then click Save.

Exporting Sales Invoices and Return Invoices to Excel

  1. Click Export.

  2. Select .xlsx.

  3. An Excel file will be downloaded with all your invoices.

Customize columns

  1. Click the table icon at the top-left of the table.

  2. Select the checkboxes for the data you want to show.

    • Example: Date, Location, Payment method, Customer, Channel, Sale type, Invoice amount, Paid amount.

ℹ️ Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the table to view all columns.

1. Can I change the format of online store invoices to thermal invoices?

No, online store invoices are fixed in A4 size.

2. Why do some Sales Invoices appear without a customer name?

This means a customer name was not selected when issuing the invoice.

3. Can I export Sales Invoices for a specific branch and time period?

Yes, you can. Select the branch and date range, then click Export All. The Excel file will include only the selected data.

4. Can I see a summary of Sales Invoices?

Yes, go to Reports > Sales > Sales by Invoice Report.

5. Can I access Sales Invoices from the sales screen?

6. Can I set user permissions to access invoices for specific branches only?

Yes, you can:

  • Go to Settings > Users > ⚙️ > Edit User.

  • Select the branches the user can access.

  • In the middle of the page, click Sales Invoices, Online Store, and Customers.

  • Enable all options in the Invoices and Invoice Details list.

  • Click Save Custom User.

7. Can I export only Sales Invoices without Return Invoices (or vice versa)?

Yes, you can. Use the Invoice Type field to select the type of invoices you want, then click Export All. An Excel file will be downloaded with only the selected type.
