How to Track Registers from the Home Page

Check the status of each register and the collected amounts directly from the Home page.

You may need to review the collected amounts in a register—whether to confirm you’ve reached your daily sales target, to match amounts against invoices before closing, or for other reasons. The Home page gives you quick access to register details anytime.


Access Registers

  1. From the side menu, click Home.

  2. Scroll down to the Registers section at the bottom of the page.

  3. Select the branch you want (if you have multiple branches).

  4. All registers in the branch will appear with the following details:

    • Register name

    • Register status (Opened, Closed)

    • User who opened the register

    • Opening date and time

    • Closing date and time (if closed)

    • Total collected amounts

  5. To view collected amounts by payment method, click the ( > ) arrow next to the collected total.

1. Can I close a register from the Home page?

No. Registers can only be closed from Sales & Customers > Point of Sale. Learn more here.

3. Can I restrict user access to Registers on the Home page without affecting other data?

Yes. Go to:

  • Settings > Users > ⚙️ > Edit user

  • Go to User Permissions > Dashboard

  • Enable Registers

  • Click Save Custom User

4. How can I view register details for past days?

You can check previous register details by going to: Sales & Customers > Cash Management.
