FAQs
1. I enabled the company logo option, but it doesn’t appear on the invoice. Why?
Make sure the logo is uploaded to the platform and the option is enabled before issuing the invoice. If it still doesn’t appear, return the invoice and reissue it.
2. Can I print an invoice in thermal format and then switch it to A4?
No. The invoice layout (thermal or A4) must be selected before printing.
3. I’m not registered for VAT. Do I still need to add the QR code?
No. The QR code contains VAT registration details. If you’re not registered and don’t have a tax number, you don’t need to add it.
4. Can I change the invoice template design?
The template design is fixed and cannot be changed. However, you can choose the invoice type (thermal or A4) and customize which fields appear.
