How to Add Your Company Information on Rewaa

Learn how to add your company logo, tax number, commercial registration, and other details.

Adding your company information in Rewaa ensures that these details appear correctly on invoices in compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority) requirements. This article will guide you through the steps.


Add Your Company Information

  1. Go to Settings > Company Overview.

  2. Add the following details:

  • Company Logo
    Click the image icon > upload the logo > it will appear in the designated area.

ℹ️ The logo appears on all invoices and quotations.

  • Company Name
    Automatically displayed based on the name you entered during registration. You can edit it.

ℹ️ The company name is a ZATCA e-invoicing requirement and appears on invoices.

  • VAT Number (if available)
    A 15-digit number you receive after registering for VAT or Excise Tax. It always starts and ends with “3” (e.g., 301121971500003).

ℹ️ The tax number is a ZATCA requirement and will appear on all invoices issued after you add it.

  • Email
    The email used to register in Rewaa (main account with full permissions).

ℹ️ You cannot change the email directly. To request a change, contact support via live chat in the platform.

  • Phone Number (optional)
    The contact number of the account owner or business owner.

ℹ️ Used for communication if needed.

  • Business Activity
    Select the activity from the dropdown list.

  • Company Address
    Enter the main branch address as per the national address.

  • Commercial Registration (CR)
    A 10-digit number issued by the Ministry of Commerce for each entity or merchant.

ℹ️ The CR is required for Phase 2 of e-invoicing (B2B). Once added, it appears on all issued tax invoices.

  • After entering all the details, click Save.


Add Your Company Logo on Invoices

  1. Add the logo in Company Overview.

  2. Go to Sales & Customers > Sales Settings > Receipts.

  3. Select the invoice type: Simplified Tax Invoice or Tax Invoice.

  4. Tick (✓) Company Logo.

  5. Scroll down and click Save.


Add Your Commercial Registration on Simplified Tax Invoices

  1. Add the CR in Company Overview.

  2. Go to Sales & Customers > Sales Settings > Receipts.

  3. Select Simplified Tax Invoice.

  4. Tick (✓) Commercial Number.

  5. Scroll down and click Save.


Add Your Company Address on Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Locations > ⚙️ > Edit Location.

  2. Go to Address > enter the branch address according to the national address.

  3. Click Save Change.

ℹ️ The company address is a ZATCA requirement and automatically appears on all invoices issued after the update. Previous invoices are not affected.


FAQs

  1. I don’t have a tax number yet. What should I do?

    You can leave the field empty and add it later after VAT registration.

  2. I added the tax number but it doesn’t appear on invoices. Why?

    Verify that it was entered correctly > click Save Changes > return the invoice > reissue it.

  3. Does the tax number appear on all invoices?

    Yes, it appears on all sales and purchase invoices.

  4. Do the website or phone number appear on invoices?

    No, but you can add them manually in the notes field when issuing an invoice.

  5. How can I change the company logo?

    Go to Settings > Company Overview > Logo > Upload new logo > Save Changes.

  6. Which file formats are supported for the logo?

    jpeg, jpg, png, svg.

  7. Can I resize the logo from Rewaa?

    No, please adjust the size before uploading.

  8. Can I remove the logo?

    No, you cannot delete the logo, but you can hide it from: Sales & Customers > Sales Settings > Receipts.

  9. If I change the business activity or tax number, will it affect past invoices?

    No, the update only applies to new invoices.

  10. Can I change the placement of the logo or company name on the invoice?

    No, the invoice design and structure are fixed in Rewaa.

  11. I added the wrong Commercial Number and issued an invoice. What should I do?

    You must return the invoice, correct the Commercial Number, and reissue the invoice.
