How to Get E-Invoicing Support

Learn how to apply for a SAR 2,500 subsidy from ZATCA (Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority).

The E-Invoicing Support Program is a government initiative that provides a SAR 2,500 subsidy to cover part of the subscription cost in a ZATCA-approved platform such as Rewaa. The program helps small and medium businesses comply with e-invoicing regulations and supports their growth.

⚠️ Note: The support request is submitted only through the official “E-Invoicing Support Request” form in the taxpayer portal on ZATCA’s website. This is the only official reference for final eligibility confirmation.

Eligible Businesses

  • Small and medium enterprises subject to the e-invoicing regulation.

  • Annual revenue does not exceed SAR 3 million.

  • Must have a valid commercial registration.

  • Must be located in Saudi Arabia.

  • Must not have received this support before.

  • Business owner must be a Saudi national.

  • Business must be registered in Saudi Arabia.

How to Apply for Support

ℹ️ Note: You’ll need to attach your Rewaa subscription invoice to the request.

  1. Open the [official service link].

  2. Log in, then go to Indirect Taxes (VAT Services).

  3. Select E-Invoicing Support Request and start a new application.

  4. Enter the required details:

    • TIN (Tax Identification Number).

    • Reference number of your Rewaa subscription invoice.

    • Purchase amount: SAR 2,500.

    • Service provider: search for Rewaa.

    • Select: Rewaa Technology for Information Technology Co.

  5. Attach the required documents:

    • Subscription invoice.

    • Sample e-invoice issued from Rewaa.

  6. Click Submit and wait for an email from ZATCA with the result.
