Create Your Rewaa Account in 4 Simple Steps

Welcome to Rewaa 🎉 We’re glad you chose us as your tech partner to manage your business. In this article, you’ll learn how to create your account in just a few minutes. Let’s get started 🚀


Steps to Create Your Account

1. Add your basic information

  • Click here to open the registration page.

  • Enter the following details:

    • Company name

    • Email address (used to activate your subscription)

    • Mobile number

      ℹ️ Non-Saudi mobile number: Tap the country code field > select the right code > enter your number.

    • license key (if available)

      ℹ️ license key: You’ll receive this when you subscribe via an STC branch or the mystc app. The code is printed on the card inside the package you receive.

    • Referral code (if available)

      ℹ️ Referral code: This is a unique code shared by another Rewaa user. If you enter it during signup, the person who shared it earns a reward. After creating your account, you’ll get your own referral code to share with others. Learn more about the referral program here.

  • Tick ✔️ I agree to Rewaa’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  • Click Next.


2. Create a password

  • Enter password.

  • Click Next.

ℹ️ Your password must be more than 8 characters, and include:

  • One uppercase letter

  • One lowercase letter

  • One number

  • One symbol

ℹ️ Verification code delivery:

  • GCC numbers → sent via SMS.

  • Non-GCC numbers → sent via email.


3. Verify your account details

  • Enter the verification code sent to you.

  • Click Verify.

ℹ️ Prefer to receive the code by email instead of SMS?

  • Click Send code to email.

  • Check your inbox.

  • Enter the code in the required field.

  • Click Verify.

4. Tell us about your business

  • Choose the answers that best describe your business:

    • What industry are you in?

    • What type of retail do you work with?

    • What region do you have your business in?

    • How Many branches do you have?

  • Click Get Started.

That’s it 🎉 You’ll be redirected to Rewaa and can start exploring right away.


FAQs

  1. Can I change the main account email after registration?
    No. To update your email, contact the support team via live chat in the platform or on WhatsApp to know the requirements and process.

  2. I entered all details but didn’t receive the verification code. What should I do?
    Click Resend code or Send code to email. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact support via live chat or WhatsApp.

  3. Can I change my company name or mobile number after registration?
    Yes. Go to Settings > Company Overview, update the details, then click Save changes.

  4. Can I change or reset my password after registration?
    Yes. On the login page, click Forgot password?. Learn more here.

  5. Can I change the platform language during signup?
    Yes. Click the Eng option in the top left corner of the login page.
