How to Change the Password for Your Account

Learn how to reset or change the password for your main account or user account.

Your password is required to log in to Rewaa. If you forget your password or simply need to update it, you can do so from the login page.


Steps to Change Your Password

  1. Go to the login page.

  2. Click Forgot Password?

  3. Enter your registered email address.

  4. Click Send Verification Code.

  5. Enter the code sent to your email or mobile.

  6. Enter and confirm your new password.

  7. Click Change Password.

  8. You will be redirected to the login page. Log in using your email and new password.

  1. Can I change my password from the Rewaa Cashier mobile app?

    Yes, you can reset your password from the login page in the Rewaa Cashier app.

  2. Can I change my password without a verification code?

    No, you must enter the verification code sent to your registered email.

  3. When will the verification code arrive?

    It is sent immediately to your email. If you don’t see it, check your Junk/Spam folder.

  4. Can the main account owner change another user’s password?

    No, each user must change their own password using the steps in this article.

  5. I changed my password but still can’t log in. What should I do?

    Double-check that you entered it correctly. If the issue continues, contact support via live chat inside Rewaa.

  6. One of my staff members left and I can’t access their email. What should I do?

    Deactivate their account from: Settings > Users > ⚙️ > Deactivate User > Confirm.
