What is Self Checkout?
Self Checkout is a feature that enables you to purchase additional add-ons and complete the payment directly from the platform, without needing to contact the Rewaa team.
With Self Checkout, you can:
Purchase add-ons directly from the platform.
Complete the payment without submitting a request or waiting.
Activate add-ons immediately after successful payment.
When Does Self Checkout Appear?
The Self Checkout feature appears when you reach the maximum limit of the features available in your subscription plan, such as:
Users
Locations
Sales registers
When you try to add a new feature after reaching the maximum limit, a notification window will appear with the Upgrade button.
How to Purchase Add-Ons
Click Upgrade from the notification window.
Select the add-ons you want to purchase and specify the required quantity.
Click Proceed to Payment.
Choose a Payment Method
Card Payment
Enter the card number.
Enter the card expiry date.
Enter the CVV code on the back of the card.
Enter the cardholder name.
Click Pay.
Mobile Payment
Enter the mobile number.
You will receive an SMS with a payment link.
Open the link, then select a payment method:
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Samsung Pay
Bank card
Complete the payment.
After completing the payment successfully, the add-ons will be added to your subscription plan. You can use them immediately by adding users, locations, sales registers, and other purchased items.
⚠️ Note: The cost of add-ons is calculated based on the remaining duration of your subscription.
Example: If an add-on costs SAR 100 per year and your subscription has 6 months remaining, the price will be SAR 50 only.

How can I add the add-ons after purchasing them?
To add users: Settings > Users > Add User.
To add new locations: Settings > Locations > Add Location.
To add sales registers: Sales & Customers > Points of Sale > Add New Register.
When are the add-ons activated after payment?
The add-ons are activated immediately after successful payment.
What should I do if the add-ons do not appear after payment?
Refresh the page, or log out and log back in again. The add-ons will appear immediately.
Can I purchase more than one add-on in the same transaction?
Yes. You can select multiple add-ons and specify the required quantity for each one before completing the payment.
