Rewaa allows you to send sales invoices automatically to the customer’s WhatsApp as a PDF file after issuing the invoice, helping customers keep an electronic copy and easily refer back to it when needed.
Important Information
Make sure the customer’s mobile number is added to their profile before issuing the invoice.
When the WhatsApp invoice option is enabled, sales invoices are sent automatically after they are issued.
Invoices are sent from Rewaa’s official WhatsApp account, not from the merchant’s number.
The messaging service is a paid service.
Enable WhatsApp Messages
Go to Sales & Customers > Sales Settings.
Select Sales
Enable (Enable WhatsApp Messages).
Click Save.
How Sales Invoices Are Sent
Go to Points of Sale.
Issue the invoice using the usual steps.
Select the customer name, then click Pay.
The invoice will be sent automatically to the customer’s WhatsApp as a PDF file.

Can I resend the invoice to the customer if they didn’t receive it?
No.
Can I send purchase invoices to the customer’s WhatsApp?
No. This service is available for sales invoices only.
What is the subscription price for the WhatsApp messaging service?
480 SAR annually (excluding VAT), including 500 messages per month (6,000 annually).
Do I need to install WhatsApp on the cashier device?
No.
Can I enable this service for a specific sales register or one branch only?
No. When the service is enabled, it is activated for the entire account.
Can I choose specific customers to receive invoices?
No. Invoices are sent automatically to any customer with a mobile number added to the platform.
Can I check how many invoice messages are remaining?
Yes. From the My Subscription page.
Are unused messages carried over to the next month?
No. Unused messages are not carried over to the next month.
