How to Track Your Traceable Products

Learn about the Tracking Information Report and how to export it to an Excel file.

The Tracking Information Report helps you monitor the movement of traceable products and check their status in stock.


Accessing the Report

  1. Go to Reports > Inventory > Tracking Information Report.

  2. Click on the report to view details.

Filtering the Report

You can filter the report by:

  • Product name

  • Product code (SKU)

  • Tracking method

  • Location

  • Supplier

  • Batch number

  • Serial number

  • Expiry date

  • Creation date

  • Start date

Report Data

Product Name

The product name as entered in the Products section.

Product Code (SKU)

The unique identifier assigned to the product.

Tracking Method

The tracking type applied (Batch or Serial).

Batch Number / Serial Number

The assigned batch or serial identifier.

Available Quantity

The quantity available in stock.

Status

Available, Sold.

Expiry Date

The product’s expiry date.

Creation Date

The date when the product record was created.

Supplier

The supplier associated with the product.

Location

The branch where the product is stored.

Validity Status

Valid, Expired.

Exporting the Report

  1. Click on the three dots on the right side of the page.

  2. Select xlsx.

  3. The Excel file will be downloaded to your device.


FAQs

  1. How can I know which products are expired or valid?
    Use the Validity Status field and search for products marked as Valid or Expired.

  2. Is there a notification before the product expires?
    Yes, a notification appears 7 days before the expiry date, 1 day before, and on the exact expiry date.

  3. Can I customize the time for expiry notifications?
    No, notifications are generated automatically and cannot be customized.
