The Sales & Customers section is one of the main areas in Rewaa. From here, you can process sales transactions, create promotional offers, track online store orders, and manage everything related to sales and the cashier.


Available Features in the Sales & Customers Section

  1. Points of Sale (Cashier)

    Add and manage sales registers, process sales, issue invoices, and collect due payments from customers.

  2. Cash Management

    Monitor each register’s balance, check for shortages or surpluses, view collected amounts by payment method, and print the closing report.

  3. Sales Invoices

    View all sales invoices issued from the cashier or the online store (such as Salla or Zid), collect due payments from customers, and easily export invoices to an Excel file.

  4. Promotions

    Easily create promotional offers such as “Direct Product Discount” or “Buy One Get One Discount” to enhance customer engagement.

  5. eCommerce Orders

    Manage your online store orders (after linking with Rewaa), issue invoices, and ensure they are reflected accurately in your sales and reports.

  6. Customers

    Add and manage your customers’ information, collect due payments, and export their data to an Excel file.

  7. Sales Settings

    Adjust cashier and online store settings, choose how products are displayed on the cashier screen, and set receipt preferences and more.

What’s the difference between cashier invoices and online store invoices?

  • Cashier invoices: Issued directly from the point of sale in Rewaa.

  • Online store invoices: Issued when an order is received from the online store (Salla or Zid) to ensure sales and reports are updated correctly in Rewaa.
