How to Add Product Images

Learn how to add product images to make it easier for the cashier to find them in the image-based sales interface.

When you add product images and select the image-based sales interface, these images will appear directly on the cashier screen, helping them find products quickly and process sales faster.


Steps to Add Product Images

  • Go to Products & Inventory > Products.

  • Click the three dots in the Actions column > Edit Product.

For single products, composite products, digital products, services, and weighted products, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the section dedicated to adding images.
    Click Browse Images and upload the product images saved on your device.

    • Or drag and drop the images into the designated area.

  2. Check (✔) the main product image.

  3. Click Save. The images will appear in the image-based sales interface.

For variable products, packaged products, and extra options, follow these steps:

  1. Upload all available product/option images.

  2. Click Browse Images and upload the product images saved on your device.

    • Or drag and drop the images into the designated area.

  3. Check (✔) the main image to appear on the cashier screen.

  4. Go to the product details.

  5. Click the image field next to the product details.

  6. Select the appropriate product image.

  7. Repeat the step for the remaining variants.

  8. Click Save. The images will appear in the image-based sales interface.

FAQs

1. Can I delete a product image after adding it?

Yes, you can. Check (✔) the image you want to delete, then click Delete.

2. When adding a variable product, does each variant image appear separately in the sales screen?

This feature is not available yet. Only the main product image will appear.

3. What does “Set as Main Image” mean?

It means selecting the image that will appear for the product in the image-based sales interface.

4. Can I print product images on the invoice?

This feature is not available. Product images appear only in the Products section and in the image-based sales interface.

5. Do product images sync to Salla or Zid after integration?

No, product images do not sync with online stores. They are stored only on Rewaa.

6. Do images appear when exporting products from the platform to an Excel file?

No, product images do not appear in the exported Excel file, as it is dedicated to text-based product data stored on the platform.
