How to View Imported Product Files on the Platform

What Are Import Logs?

Import Logs are a reference for all Excel files you upload using the quick import feature.

Why Import Logs Are Useful

They help you:

  • Keep a record of all Excel files uploaded to the platform.

  • Track the status of each file and view its details.

What Information You Can See

Import Logs show:

  • Import status

  • File name

  • The user who uploaded the file

  • Date and time of upload

  • Number of products in the file

  • Number of successfully imported products

  • Number of products that failed to import (if errors exist)

  • Adjustment report (if any data contains errors)

Filter Results

  1. Click Filter.

  2. Select the time period.

  3. Choose the import status you want to view.


FAQs

  1. Can I view the uploaded Excel data through Import Logs?

    Yes. Click the download icon next to the file name. The Excel file will be downloaded to your device.

  2. If the file contains products with errors, will the import stop completely?

    No. The import will continue, and the status will show Completed with Errors.

  3. Can I see which products failed to import?

    Yes. Click Download Adjustment Report to view the products that contain errors.
