When a customer has outstanding invoices, you can pay them and record the received amount directly through the Rewaa Cashier app.


Steps to Pay a Credit Sales Invoice

  1. Go to the Invoices list > click on the invoice you want to pay.

  2. Open the Cash Register (if it’s closed).

  3. Click Receive Payment.

  4. Select the payment method.

  5. Enter the amount paid in the designated field.

  6. Click Pay. The payment will be recorded, and the invoice will be cleared.

  7. You can print the invoice or share it with the customer.

1. Do I need to pay the credit invoice from the same cash register it was issued from?

No, you can pay credit invoices from any cash register.

2. Can I check the outstanding amounts for a customer?

Yes, from the web platform if you have the required permissions:

  • Go to Reports > Sales > Customer Debit Lifetime.

  • Select the customer’s name to view full payment details.

3. Can I pay part of the invoice amount instead of the full amount?

Yes, enter the amount the customer paid in the field and click Pay.

4. Can I print a receipt voucher from the Rewaa Cashier app?

No, this is not available in the app. However, you can access it from the web platform (if you have permissions) via Sales & Customers > Customer Payments.
