Add the (Takeaway / Dine-in) Option
In the restaurant and café sector, the (Takeaway / Dine-in) option helps prepare the order based on the customer’s choice.
Steps to Add the (Takeaway / Dine-in) Option
Go to Settings > Custom Fields > New Custom Field.
Select the section: Sales Summary.
Enter the field name, e.g., Order Type.
Select the data type: Single Select.
Check (✔) the following options:
Required Field (an invoice cannot be issued until the order type is selected).
Print on Invoice.
Click Add Option and enter the following:
First option: Takeaway
Second option: Dine-in
Click Create Custom Field.
ℹ️ Note: This field will appear when issuing an invoice from the POS register or the Rewaa Cashier App.
Add a (Table Number) Field
In the restaurant and café sector, adding a table number helps organize orders and deliver them correctly to customers.
Steps to Add a (Table Number) Field
Go to Settings > Custom Fields > New Custom Field.
Select the section: Sales Summary.
Enter the field name, e.g., Table Number.
Select the data type: Multi Select.
Check (✔) the following options:
Required Field (an invoice cannot be issued until the table number is selected).
Print on Invoice.
Click Add Option and enter all table numbers.
Click Create Custom Field.

Add an (Appointment Booking) Field
In salons and beauty centers, appointment booking helps organize operations and ensure customers receive the right service.
Steps to Add an (Appointment Booking) Field
Go to Settings > Custom Fields > New Custom Field.
Select the section: Customers.
Enter the field name, e.g., Booking Date & Time.
Select the data type: Date & Time.
Check (✔) the option: Print on Invoice.
Click Create Custom Field.
How to Use Custom Fields for Appointment Booking
Assign a Booking Date to a Customer
Go to Sales & Customers > Customers.
Click the customer’s name.
Select the date in the custom field you added.
Click Save.
Go to the POS screen.
Select the customer before issuing the invoice and complete the steps.
View Bookings in the Customer List
Click Customize Columns.
Check (✔) the option Booking Date & Time.
The column will appear in the customer list.
Export Bookings to Excel
Click Export.
The customer data file will include the booking field.
