Track Your Customer Payments Easily

Learn about the Customer Debit Lifetime Report and how to export it to Excel.

The Customer Debit Lifetime Report is a debit statement of your customers in Rewaa. It shows all transactions between you and each customer, allowing you to track payment dates and outstanding amounts (debts) for any selected period.


Accessing the Report

  1. Go to Reports > Sales > Customer Debit Lifetime Report.

  2. Click the report to view details.

Searching the Report

You can search using:

  • Customer name

  • Customer tax number

Filtering Results

  1. Click Filter.

  2. You can filter the results by:

    • Time period

    • Customer name

    • Customer tax number

  3. Click Apply.

Sorting Data

  • Click the Sort by field.

  • Choose how you want to display the data.

Report Sections

  • Summary: Overview of the total customer payments.

  • Details: Payments per customer based on the selected period or filters.

ℹ️ Note: Data appears according to the selected time period or applied filters.

ℹ️ Note: All amounts in the Customer Debit Lifetime Report are VAT-inclusive.

Report Data

  • Customer name

  • Customer tax number

  • Customer sales (Tax Inclusive)

  • Customer paid amount

  • Customer unpaid Amount

  • Aging buckets (time elapsed without payment):

    • Unpaid 1-15 Days

    • Unpaid 16–30 days

    • Unpaid 31–60 days

    • Unpaid 61–90 days

    • Unpaid over 90 days

ℹ️ Note: The table contains multiple columns. Use the scroll bar at the bottom to view all of them.

Exporting the Report

  1. Click Export:

    • To export report details: choose xlsx.

    • To export the summary: choose summary xlsx.

  2. The Excel file will be downloaded to your device.


FAQs

1. How can I know which invoices the customer has not paid?

Go to Sales & Customers > Customers > Search for the customer name > Click the (⚙️) icon > Select Receive Debit. You’ll see all outstanding invoices for that customer.

2. Can I export the Customer Debit Lifetime Report for a specific period?

Yes. Select the period using Filter, then click Export.

3. Where can I find the customer’s outstanding amounts?

In the Customer Debit Lifetime Report > Search for the customer name. You’ll see paid and outstanding amounts.

4. How can I identify customers with debts older than 3 months?

In the Customer Debit Lifetime Report > Check the Unpaid over 90 days column.

5. How do I confirm that the customer has paid all debts?

In the report, if Total Sales = Total Paid Amount, it means the customer has settled all outstanding balances.

6. Why don’t I see all the data in the report?

Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the table to view all data, or click Export to display everything in Excel.
