GET TO KNOW THE REWAA PLATFORM STEP BY STEP

When you create your account on Rewaa, your journey starts with the "Get to Know Rewaa" page. This interactive experience allows you to explore the platform through simple tasks. Once completed, you can delete the demo data and move to the "Start Using the Platform" page to begin setting up your actual account.

TRY THE MAIN FEATURES TO LAUNCH YOUR BUSINESS

Add Demo Products

  1. Click Add Now

  2. Choose the product type you want to add

  3. You’ll be redirected to the Products section — click Get Started

  4. The fields will be automatically filled with demo product details

  5. You can edit the information as needed

  6. Click Save when you’re done

Make a Sale and Issue a Demo Invoice

  1. After adding the product, return to the Get to Know Rewaa page

  2. Click Sell Now

  3. You’ll be redirected to Point of Sale > Registers

  4. Click Open Register

  5. Enter the opening amount (if applicable)

ℹ️ The opening amount refers to the cash float used at the start of the shift for providing change to customers

6. Click Open Register

ℹ️ The POS interface will be your main sales screen

7. Search for the product by name or SKU

8. Adjust the quantity or price if needed and explore available options

9. Click Pay to issue the invoice

10. Explore the available options for invoicing

11. Click Pay again — the invoice will be issued immediately, and you can print it

ℹ️ All invoices in this stage are for demo purposes only and can be deleted later

  1. Go to the Get to Know Rewaa page

  2. Click Explore Now under any feature you’d like to learn more about

  3. Follow the on-screen interactive steps

EXPLORE REWAA DEVICES

  1. From the Get to Know Rewaa page.

  2. click Discover Now

  3. Select the devices that suit your business

  4. Click I’m Interested — a team member will contact you during working hours

ℹ️ You can also request a cashier device via the mystc app. Click Order Your Device from mystc Now to complete your order via their online store

CONTACT THE SALES TEAM

  • If you’re interested in subscribing to Rewaa or upgrading your plan, click Contact Sales — a team member will reach out during business hours.

READY TO SET UP YOUR STORE?

Once you’ve completed the demo experience, delete all demo data and transactions.

⚠️ This action is irreversible. All demo data will be permanently deleted, and the Get to Know Rewaa page will disappear.

  1. Click Set Up Now

  2. Check the box “I understand that the demo will be deleted”

  3. Click Proceed

  4. You’ll be redirected to the Start Using the Platform page to begin the actual setup.

START USING THE PLATFORM

Make sure you configure your settings and enter your business information correctly — this is required to comply with regulations from the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority.

  1. Go to the Getting Started page

  2. Watch the introduction video

  3. Click Set Up Now

  4. Watch the videos next to each step

  5. Click Start Now for each and fill in the required information


FAQs

  1. Do demo invoices affect my actual sales reports?
    No. All data and invoices in this stage are for demo purposes and will be deleted once you start using the platform.

  2. Can I skip the "Get to Know Rewaa" page?
    Yes, click Set Up Now to go directly to the actual setup page.

  3. Can I go back to the "Get to Know Rewaa" page later?
    No, once you move to the Getting Started page, you won’t be able to return to the demo environment.

  4. Do I have to watch the videos on the “Getting Started” page?
    No, it’s optional — but the videos are highly helpful for setup and understanding the platform.

  5. Can I suggest a new video or tutorial?
    Yes! You can share your suggestion with the support team or through the Rewaa suggestion platform.

  6. Does the self-learning feature replace support?
    It helps you complete tasks faster, but the support team is always available if you need additional help.
